Linde Consult - Strategic Advice, Market Research, and Project Management

With a focus on the Food Processing Industry, we have succesfully delivered dozens of projects with numerous customers such as Cantrall-Gainco, Marelec, Valka, Skaginn, Marel, Vemag, Handtmann, Bizerba, Steen, Ishida, JBT, Peruza, Ammeraal Beltch, Intralox and many others.

Marel - Service Transformation

Marel (listed AEX:MAREL) wanted to rebrand their Service Product Portfolio and market it worldwide. They use the SalesForce CRM platform and the ServiceMax Field Service + contract management module. We worked with Noventum on the strategy and service transformation journey.

We applied the Prince2 approach and set up the international project team, a roadmap with deliverables, and then executed the plan together with the team.

After a year of hard work, the new Service Product Portfolio was approved by all stakeholders; included in the SF tool; and connected to the ERP system via the contract management module. The total solution was based on the LTO process (lead-to-order) and implemented through a series of training sessions.

Change - Online Strategy & Website Design

For Change, we were asked to develop an online strategy and then design and implement it on their website.

Oaker - Strategy

For Oaker, we designed several scenario's for the financial plan based on the roster, availability of masseurs and number of massage tables.

After the AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, the owners had a good insight into the potential of their business.

The scenario's are a foundation for their strategy and roadmap. It will help to achieve goals and targets. In the coming months, we hope to continue our work with Oaker as a business coach and assist the owners in realizing the potential of their massage salon.

BAS E-LIFTERS - Strategy and Business Plan

For BAS E-LIFTERS, we created a full-fetched strategy & business plan to establish this high-tech start-up that will disrupt the Waste Management Industry.

We completed extensive market research looking at demand & supply sides and competitive landscape. Then we designed the full business plan including financial plan and go-to-market plan.

BAS E-LIFTER on RCV

"During a 3 months period, Linde Consult scoped the project and efficiently defined all tasks and milestones and then delivered on the promise.


The business plan was very detailed and included a full overview of the supply and demand sides of the market, a SWOT, PESTEL analysis, marketing & communication plan as well as a reliable financial plan.


He and his project team also analysed the functional requirements, norm design, and legal facets. The technical design used the business plan as starting point to develop the first prototype of the BAS E-LIFTER which will be available on the market in Q1 2021.


It was a pleasure working with Aart on this project and I will continue to work with him in the future.'
